DEBBIE Pickus

Debbie is the founder and CEO of Team FIREBALL Inc, a corporate self defence and fitness based team building company. Her vision for Team Fireball Inc was born out of a desire to to help corporate clients improve the mental and physical fitness of their employees while teaching them to be safe within the workplace.

Debbie has managed group fitness departments in several health clubs over the last two decades. She is a former Co-owner of a Title Boxing Club and several other fitness and non fitness businesses.

She earned her black belt in Shotokan Karate over the span of seven years and the birth of two of her three children. She also instituted an after school Karate program which is still in place today. She has been active in the delivery of kick-boxing and self-help programs into women's shelters and has been teaching group fitness and martial arts classes all over the Chicagoland area since 1998.
